1. Who we are

This website and The Organized Nursing Student digital planner are operated by Emotionalresetguide, an independent online business selling digital products. You can reach us at support@emotionalresetguide.com.

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Emotionalresetguide is the data controller for information collected through emotionalresetguide.com. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record for purchases and handles payment data as its own controller.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Your email address and name, when you buy the planner or contact us.
• Anything you write to us in an email or a support message.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server and analytics data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and how long you stay.
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level, not a precise address).
• Advertising identifiers set by cookies and pixels, described in section 5.

Information we receive from Gumroad

• Order details: what was purchased, the amount, the currency, the date and the order ID.
• The buyer's email address and country, so we can provide support and meet tax obligations.

3. How we use it

• To deliver your purchase — sending the planner PDF and your download link.
• To provide support — answering questions about downloading, importing or printing the planner.
• To run and improve the site — understanding which pages and previews people actually use.
• To measure and improve our ads — seeing which campaigns lead to purchases.
• To meet legal and tax obligations — keeping records of sales as required by law.

Where the law requires a legal basis (EEA and UK), we rely on: performance of a contract for delivering your purchase and support; legitimate interests for basic site security and aggregate analytics; consent for advertising cookies and marketing email; and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. Payments and delivery

Checkout is handled entirely by Gumroad. When you click a purchase button, you leave this site and complete your order on Gumroad's platform under Gumroad's own privacy policy and terms. Gumroad collects your payment details, calculates any applicable tax and delivers the planner PDF to you.

We receive a record of the order so that we can support you, but we do not store card numbers, bank details or any payment credentials.

5. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses a small number of them, plus tracking pixels from the services below.

Your choices

• Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
• You can adjust how ads are personalised in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
• Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not stop you from buying or downloading the planner.

6. Advertising

We advertise this planner on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel on this site tells us that a visit, a product view or a checkout happened, so we can see which ads work. Meta may use this information to show you our ads again or to build audiences of people with similar interests.

We do not upload lists of customers to advertising platforms without a lawful basis, and we never share anything you write to us in a support message with an advertiser.

7. Email

If you buy the planner, we may email you about your order, your download, or an updated version of the file you already own. These are service messages.

If you opt in to marketing emails, we may also send occasional messages about new planners or offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access to a product you have already bought.

8. Who we share data with

We share information only with the service providers that make this business run:

• Gumroad — checkout, payment processing and file delivery.
• Google — website analytics.
• Meta — advertising measurement and delivery.
• Our web host and email provider — running the site and answering your messages.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety or property. If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer records may transfer with it, and this policy will continue to apply until you are told otherwise.

9. International transfers

Emotionalresetguide is an online business, and the service providers listed above operate internationally, including in the United States. This means your information may be processed outside your own country, including outside the EEA and the UK.

Where required, these transfers rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.

10. How long we keep data

• Order records — kept as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically several years.
• Support emails — kept while the conversation is useful, then deleted.
• Marketing email subscriptions — kept until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics and advertising data — kept according to the retention settings of Google and Meta.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@emotionalresetguide.com. We may ask you to confirm the email address used for your order so we can find the right records. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to order records and email is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we keep the amount of personal information we hold deliberately small.

13. Children

This planner is sold to adult students and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email us and we will delete it.

14. Patient information

The planner is an academic organisation tool. It is not a clinical record and is not covered by HIPAA or any equivalent health-privacy law. Never enter patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers or any other identifiable patient information into the planner. Anything you write inside your own copy of the PDF stays on your device or in your own app account — we have no access to it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes or the law requires. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will make that clear on this page.
