Questions about the planner, a download that will not open, a refund, or copies for a study group — write to us and a real person will answer. We reply by email only, usually within two business days.
Before you write
A few things are answered faster on their own pages:
- Download link missing? Check your spam folder for the Gumroad receipt first — that is where the link lives.
- Refund question? See the Refund Policy.
- Sharing, printing or group copies? See the Personal-Use License.
- Which apps work, what is included? The FAQ on the planner page covers both.
If you are writing about an order, include the email address you used at checkout and your Gumroad order number. It lets us find you straight away instead of asking.

Response times
- We answer by email, usually within two business days.
- Download and file problems are treated as urgent and are usually fixed the same day.
- There is no phone line and no live chat. Email keeps a written record for both of us, which helps with orders and refunds.
