Personal-Use License

1. The license you receive

When you buy the planner, Emotionalresetguide grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for one person to use The Organized Nursing Student 2026–2027 PDF for your own studies.

The license lasts as long as you keep using the file, for the version you purchased. It cannot be sold, given away, inherited by another student, or passed on with a used device.

2. What you may do

• Download the PDF and keep your own backup copies.
• Import it into Goodnotes, Notability or any other PDF annotation application you use.
• Use it on all of your own devices — iPad, other tablets, phone and computer.
• Write, highlight, annotate and duplicate pages inside your own copy.
• Print pages, or the whole planner, for your own personal use.
• Keep using it after the 2026–2027 academic year, including the undated, reusable templates.
• Show a page on your own screen to a friend or classmate who is with you.

3. What you may not do

• Send the file, or your download link, to anyone else — including classmates, friends and family.
• Upload it to a shared drive, class group, cloud folder, forum, Discord, WhatsApp group, Telegram channel or file-sharing site.
• Sell, resell, rent, license or give away the planner, in whole or in part.
• Print copies for other people, or hand out printed pages to a class.
• Edit, recolour, rebrand or repackage the pages and present them as your own product or template.
• Use any page, layout or template inside a paid product, course, membership, tutoring service or study resource.
• Post the pages publicly, for example as free downloads or as content on a study account.
• Remove or obscure any copyright notice inside the file.
• Use the planner or its pages to train an AI model or generate derivative planner products.

4. Devices and printing

There is no device limit for one person. Install the file on as many of your own devices as you want, and re-download it if you lose it, as long as you are the person who bought it.

Printing is included in your personal use. The pages are set up in US Letter format and are ready to print at home. Printed copies are for you only — the same license rules apply to paper as to the PDF.

5. Classmates, cohorts and schools

If several people want the planner, each person needs their own copy. If you are organising for a study group, a cohort, a student association or a nursing program, email us instead of sharing the file — we are happy to arrange multiple copies or a group rate.

6. Ownership and copyright

The planner, its page layouts, templates, wording, structure and illustrations are the copyrighted work of Emotionalresetguide. Buying the file buys you the right to use it. All rights not expressly granted on this page are reserved.

Anything you write inside your own copy belongs to you. We have no access to it and no claim over it.

7. Updates to the file

If we release a corrected or improved version of the 2026–2027 planner, we will make it available to you at no extra cost through your original download link. Future editions for other academic years are separate products.

8. If the license is broken

If the file is shared, resold or redistributed, the license ends immediately and without a refund. We may ask for the copies to be removed, and we may take any further action available to us to protect the work.

9. Why this matters

This planner was designed page by page by a very small independent business, not a large publisher. Every copy that is shared instead of bought is what decides whether the next edition gets made. Thank you for respecting that.
