1. Who we are

This website and The Organized Nursing Student planner are operated by Emotionalresetguide, an independent online business selling digital products. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Emotionalresetguide, and "you" means the person buying or using the planner.

2. What you are buying

The Organized Nursing Student 2026–2027 is a digital product: a 90-page hyperlinked PDF planner in US Letter format, covering academic planning, exams, study sessions, clinical organization, weekly planning and wellness routines.

• No physical item is printed, packed or shipped.
• The dated calendars cover August 2026 through July 2027. Many study, clinical and weekly templates are undated and reusable.
• The PDF includes hyperlinked section tabs, tested in Goodnotes.
• The planner is iPad compatible and can also be printed at home in US Letter format.

3. What you need to use it

To write inside the planner you need a device and a PDF annotation application. These are not included in your purchase and must be obtained separately:

• An iPad or other tablet, a computer, or a printer if you prefer paper.
• A stylus, if you want to handwrite.
• Goodnotes, Notability or another compatible PDF annotation application.

4. Orders and payment

Checkout is handled by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. When you click a purchase button you leave this site and complete the order on Gumroad, under Gumroad's own terms.

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Gumroad may add sales tax or VAT depending on your location.
• We never see or store your card details.
• Your order is complete once Gumroad confirms payment and the download becomes available.
• We may cancel an order and refund it if we suspect fraud, a payment problem or a breach of these terms.

5. Delivery and access

Delivery is instant and digital. After payment, Gumroad gives you a download link and sends it to the email address you used at checkout. Keep that email, and save a backup copy of the PDF somewhere safe.

If your download does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will help you get your file.

6. Refunds

Because this is a digital file that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are limited. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If something is genuinely wrong — a corrupted file, a broken download, the wrong product — contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

7. Your license to use the planner

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person. Full details are in our Personal-Use License.

You may

• Use the planner for your own studies, for as long as you like.
• Import it into your own annotation apps and use it across your own devices.
• Print copies for your own personal use.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the file, in whole or in part.
• Share the file or your download link with anyone else, including classmates.
• Upload it to file-sharing sites, cloud folders, group drives, forums or messaging groups.
• Edit, rebrand or repackage the pages and present them as your own product.
• Use the planner or its pages in any commercial product, course or paid resource.

If you breach this license we may end your license without a refund, and we may pursue any remedy available to us. If you need copies for a class, a cohort or a school, email us about a group arrangement instead of sharing the file.

8. Intellectual property

The planner, its page layouts, templates, text, illustrations, this website and its content are owned by Emotionalresetguide and protected by copyright. Buying the planner buys you a license to use it, not ownership of it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to misuse this website. That means no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or copying the site's content for another product, no interfering with how it works, and no using it for anything unlawful.

10. Educational use and no medical advice

The planner is an organizational and educational tool. It does not provide medical, clinical, nursing or professional advice, and it does not replace your instructors, textbooks, school policies, clinical judgment or licensed medical guidance. Always follow your program's requirements and your clinical site's rules.

11. No guarantee of results

The planner helps you organize your semester. It cannot guarantee grades, exam outcomes, clinical performance or academic success. Those depend on your own work and circumstances.

12. Third-party apps and names

Goodnotes, Notability, Apple, iPad, Gumroad and any other product names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility. Emotionalresetguide is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, nor by NCLEX, NCSBN, any nursing school or any healthcare organization.

We are not responsible for third-party applications, their pricing, their updates or their availability.

13. Availability, updates and price changes

• We may improve the planner and release updated versions of the file.
• We may change prices, run launch pricing, or stop selling the product at any time. Changes never affect an order you have already paid for.
• We may take the site offline for maintenance and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The planner and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the site or the file will be error-free or compatible with every device, application or printer.

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost time, lost data, missed deadlines or academic outcomes arising from your use of the planner.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Emotionalresetguide is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

If something goes wrong, email us first. Almost every issue can be sorted out directly, and we would much rather fix a problem than argue about it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and the terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the day you bought.
